What Images Are Prioritized In The Opening Sequence?

The images that are prioritized in the opening sequence are shots of the internal anatomy of an organism, like the beating of a heart, the veins, the cells, and a type of preservative fluid. 

How Does The Film Establish A Feeling Of The Genre From The Scene?

The film establishes a feeling of discomfort and eeriness from the genre of thriller as it contains dark and mysterious lighting that leaves the audience wondering more about the scene, it contains eerie music that gives a creepy effect, and the scene itself containing clips of the internal construction of a living organism could leave the audience feeling curious and fearful of how the movie relates to that.
